We have just returned from the 15 Day Japan and Korea Double Indulgence Tour. The guides in both countries were very good and very helpful. I want to travel with ADT again and would like to have a brochure on the China tours if possible. Thanks for the excellent tour.

My husband and I have just completed a trip to Japan organized by your company and write to thank you for an experience we will never forget. We are seasoned travellers and although we are generally not tour people, this trip was so well organized and so well run that it made it very easy for us not to have to be concerned about how we would get from place to place, how we would communicate and what we would eat, particularly when we do not know the Japanese language. Monica Chow, our group leader was very informative, friendly and approachable with a good sense humour which was an added bonus. Her laid back style meant that no-one felt pressured but she was quick to offer support for some of the elderly tour participants who needed assistance. Somehow she even managed to get the weather right so we were able to see Mt Fuji in its entirety, something which only happens occasionally, we are led to believe. We were super lucky to have a diverse but travel appreciative group who all interacted well with each other.We will certainly be happy to recommend this trip to friends and family.

This was our first time we have toured with Asia Discovery (ADT), as in the past we have toured independently, and we would like to say what a wonderful experience it was , the professionalism right through from day 1 when we booked up was at the top level,and the tour itself, with its clockwork precision was outstanding, we realise a lot of planning goes into co-ordinating the activities, and it certainly showed with everything falling into place so perfectly, the accommodation we found was of a high standard, and the meals with the Japanese cuisine were very special to us, and were delightful.

The tour guide Denny was very informative, and knowledgeable, and always had our best interests at heart to ensure everything ran smoothly, so that we experienced everything on the itinerary. He always seemed to go that extra mile for us,even up to assisting us with the check in for our flight home. Our coach driver was exceptional, his driving so smooth and precise. We always felt safe. Monica our tour leader always had her finger on the pulse, and did an excellent job throughout the tour to ensure our comfort at all times. The group had a wonderful rapport which enhanced our experience. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending ADT, and we would definitely consider using your services again.

Sarah, I am reminded by your newsletter that we completed a very successful “unforgettable” Japan Cherry Blossom trip organised by ADT plus an additional three days with our own arrangements in Nagoya, over a month ago. The food , accommodation, transport , scenery, points of interest and historical sites were all very good. Your guide Mr Yeung was excellent. His friendly and courteous nature, his English and his knowledge of Japanese culture and history were most impressive. Please pass on our thanks to him for his efforts and extra assistance which he gave us when buying train tickets at the Kansai airport for our trip onto Nagoya. Overall the trip was most enjoyable and I would recommend this ADT trip guided by Mr Yeung to any first time travellers to Japan. Thank you for the great trip.

Thank you for a wonderful tour of Europe we enjoyed every part of it. Your idea to change the London orientation tour to the morning was a good one even though we had been travelling a long time.

We enjoyed the meal you so generously treated us to but we felt it was an unnecessary expense, we would have been happy with a London Pub meal. The detour through the Black Forest was great, keep that one. When next in Florence I would like to suggest that you go to the famous Leather Market instead of the leather demonstration, that was a bit of a waste of time even though it was interesting. Lastly, may I suggest a night out at a show for your last night in Paris, even if it is an optional extra. The tour covered everything we wanted to see, we knew it would be at a fast pace to fit everything in but a little more free time would be good. The accommodation was good, meals with a few exceptions which you know about already, were good. The drivers were all excellent, our guide Louise was very good. We have lots of wonderful memories and photos of a great experience Hope to travel with you again.

Thought I'd send you some feedback on our recent “24 Day Northern & Eastern Europe Tour”, (20/06/2016 to 14/07/2016), on behalf of my wife, Joy, & yours truly. Before I continue, I must say that Joy & I both agree that this has been an amazing and incredible experience that has proven to be a trip of a lifetime. Our tour guide, Dejan Marentic, was nothing less than phenomenal, such that if we ever get the chance we would not hesitate to tour with him again. Dejan’s professional, caring attitude and attention to detail was exceptional. His extensive background knowledge, on everything we looked at, was astonishing. More than anything, Dejan was personable, with a great sense of humour and we left him feeling that we were saying goodbye to a great mate - we cannot praise him enough. I would also add that ADT’s representative, Pauline, also provided fantastic support throughout our tour and our heartfelt thanks go out to her also. I must say that the selection of attractions, throughout the many countries we visited, was exceptional. Our coach drivers were extremely capable & fantastic. Joy & I would like to send our sincere thanks to ADT for giving us this incredible travel opportunity; we çan’t wait to see what ADT are offering down the track.

I've recently returned from the 24 Day Northern and Eastern Europe tour and ask you to pass on to Alan and the ADT team a big "Thank You" for putting together such a great trip. This is my third trip with ADT all of which I've enjoyed but this one really was a stand-out, while it was very full on with so many countries to visit the days were well planned out to fit in all the items on the itinerary, beautiful old centres, lovely scenery all in a quieter, safer part of Europe. I also found it was excellent having the same local guide travel with the tour the whole trip and must say in many years of travelling, Dejan Marentic is the best guide I've ever had, from the time he met us at Helsinki airport to farewelling us at Berlin airport he could not have done more to ensure we got the most out of our trip, his manner never changing, so very helpful to everyone and attentive to our care and wellbeing and a great knowledge about the countries we visited, along with Pauline Grace, our tour leader, who has a lovely calm and pleasant manner we were well looked after and made for a nice happy group. Looking forward to travelling with ADT again soon.
